The apprentice position is an internship that requires learning and performing tasks required to install complete plumbing systems under the supervision of a journeyman plumber. This position requires hand digging, hands on training, heavy lifting, all complete plumbing requirements, demolition work, and working in the outside elements.
A journeyman is required to know the plumbing code, be a competent supervisor, know how to interpret job specifications/drawings, know how to install complete plumbing systems, and delegate tasks. A journeyman position has the same requirements as an apprentice, but is expected to be the competent person in all aspects of installation and operations for their specific jobs or tasks. - NITC Certified Med gas Installer
- Journeyman Gas Fitter
- OSHA 30’ Hour Certified
- Certified Equipment Operators
- Certified Backflow Tester Lead Forman / Superintendent Position
